Specific Rules

Entry Rules

  1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.
  2. To enter this promotion, entrants must create an original music video using the create tools in LittleBigPlanet 2, upload a copy of that music video to YouTube and send an email to the promoter at competitionsuk@scee.net with the subject line LittleBigPlanet 2. The email must contain a link to the entrant's music video on YouTube and the entrant's full name, address, date of birth and contact telephone number.
  3. This promotion opens for entries on 6 February 2011 at 21.00 GMT and closes for entries on 27 February 2011 at 21.00 GMT.
  4. The winner will be the person whose design is considered by the judges to have the highest level of creativity, quality, animation and originality. Runners up prizes will also be awarded to the next five entries judged to have a high level of creativity, quality, animation and originality. The decision of the judges is final. The panel of judges will include at least one member independent from the Promoter.
  5. The winner and runners up will be selected within 5 days of the closing date specified above.
  6. The winner will win four tickets to one N-Dubz concert of their choice taking place during the N-Dubz UK tour between 11 April 2011 and 26 April 2011. The winner will meet N-Dubz at the concert and will also win four pieces of signed N-Dubz merchandise.
  7. The five runners up will each win four tickets to one N-Dubz concert of their choice taking place during the N-Dubz UK tour between 11 April 2011 and 26 April 2011, and four pieces of signed N-Dubz merchandise.
  8. The winner and runners up will be notified by e-mail within 30 days of the closing date and must claim their prize within 15 days of the notification. Prizes shall be dispatched by registered post to the address specified by the entrant in their email entry. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavors to dispatch the prize within 10 days of the date the prize is claimed but does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are dispatched later than this.
  9. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish the winner's name and country of residence on the Promoter's website(s) and/or host the overall winning video on www.youtube.com/littlebigplanetuk. The winner's details (name and country) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped SAE marked LittleBigPlanet 2 to the following address: Jonathan Fargher, SCEE Ltd, 10 Great Marlborough Street, London, W1F 7LP within 4 weeks of the closing date specified above.

  12. The Promoter may want to film winners and their guests at the N-Dubz concert. By attending this event, winners and their guests will be deemed to give the Promoter, and its associated companies, licensees and assigns permission to:
    1. photograph, film and record them during their visit;
    2. edit, alter, reproduce, publish and distribute any such photographs, recordings and films or anything derived from them (the "Material") in any medium; and
    3. use the Material, in whole or in part, for any purposes it deems necessary to promote, advertise or exploit LittleBigPlanet 2 and anything connected with or derived from them.

Winners and their guests also agree to waive any moral rights that they may have in the Material and to release the Promoter and its associated companies, licensees and assigns from any claims for payment in connection with their use of the Material.
